Welcome to the New Jersey Chapter of IAAO!
IAAO is alive and well in New Jersey. For the past 10 years, NJIAAO has sponsored various educational opportunities for the Assessors of New Jersey. These have included our now famous Tax Appeal Seminar which gets bigger and better every year. The Chapter has also attempted with some success to run an IAAO class during the summer months and we will continue to expand our IAAO offerings here in New Jersey. The Chapter also works with the AMANJ (New Jersey Assessors Association) to sponsor a full day class prior to the large State Municipalities Convention each November.
